Hand hygiene is one of our simplest yet strongest defences against the spread of COVID-19. These simple measures play an important role in keeping those within the Bellevue Care Centre Community safe.
Bellevue Care Centre requires all visitors to our facility to complete a Health Screening form prior to entry. This form requires you to answer questions pertaining to symptoms, recent travel, contact with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 and current influenza vaccination status. We thank our visitors in advance for completing this form and for their support in keeping our loved ones safe.
