Practice makes salaried GPs redundant as model shifts to additional roles

A quarter of salaried GPs will be made redundant at a 20,000-patient GP practice in Surrey after it adopted 'new ways of working' in response to the NHS primary care recovery plan - including a shift towards greater use of additional roles staff.
